"Ok great.  No paperwork or orientation needed to perform.  Since they won't be in direct contact they will not need flu shot documenation.  Is there any chance you could come by on a day before the 22nd just to show you the locations where the kids can perform?  I will be off on the 22nd so I'd like to leave the guest volunteer badges ready with you as well as show you what areas would be good for performing."
